The employees of The Porter Company are among the most experienced, well-trained professionals and craftspeople in the industry. At the management level, we offer tremendous collective and individual experience - on average, each of our managers and supervisors have more than 25 years of experience.
David M. Richards, President and CEO
Dave Richards serves as President and CEO. He draws upon his 30+ years of experience in the industry to benefit each and every client project.
Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. He has managed projects from coast to coast and began his career with The Limbach Company. Following which, he served as Vice President of Operations for the Emde Company in Houston, Texas and as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board for Dynamic Systems Inc., in Austin, Texas.
David K. Sietsema, Vice President and CFO
David Sietsema joined the Porter Company in 1996. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining The Porter Company he was the CFO/controller at Advanced Programming Concepts, Inc.
Aaron C. Richards, Vice President and COO
Aaron Richards joined The Porter Company in 1995 after earning a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. He directs all The Porter Company's operations.
Aaron's project experience includes the University of Texas, Weaver Power Plant, Dell Headquarters, Applied Materials and Koch Microelectronic Chemical Company, just to name a few.
Kenneth Kisamore, Vice President
Kenneth Kisamore touts over 40 years in the commercial construction industry. He began his career in the sheet metal trade and joined The Porter Company, in 1978 as a Sheet metal Superintendent. Kenneth currently oversees our Estimating and Pre-Construction Services.
