Austin FC Stadium is the home of the city’s first major league sports team located in Northwest Austin. Ground broke in September of 2019 and completed on schedule in 2021. The Porter Co. is proud and excited to be apart of this milestone project bringing Major League Soccer to the city of Austin.

Block 71

Block 71 is a 36-story, over 1.4 million square foot office tower with 7,080 square feet of retail space, five levels of below grade parking and 12 levels of above grade parking featuring a double helix podium parking deck. The building also features a conference center, fitness center, and an urban park.
Block 71 was a very successful project for The Porter Co. Described as a top performing subcontractor on the jobsite, our relationship with DPR is strong all the way down to the field management level. Our supervising team is well respected by the DPR team and in constant consultation with them as a platform for troubleshooting ideas.
